How We Use Information

AI Features

Dishcraft uses AI systems to generate cooking ideas, recipes, plans, substitutions, and other responses. The prompts, context, and content you provide may be processed by AI service providers to return those features.

AI-generated cooking guidance can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, food safety, cooking temperatures, and dietary suitability before using a recipe or recommendation.

Dishcraft asks for camera or photo library access only when you choose to attach a photo, such as a cooked dish photo.

Dishcraft asks for microphone and speech recognition access only when you choose to use voice input or related voice features.

Dishcraft may ask for notification permission to send reminders or app updates you request. You can change notification permissions in your device settings.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers that help us run Dishcraft, such as hosting, authentication, databases, storage, analytics, crash reporting, AI processing, payments, and customer support.

If you choose to make content public or share it outside Dishcraft, that content may be visible to others according to the sharing action you selected.

Subscriptions and Payments

Payments made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers, but not your full payment card details.

You can manage or cancel app store subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Dishcraft, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups.

You can request account deletion or data access by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
