Terms of Service
Effective May 3, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Dishcraft website, mobile app, subscriptions, and related services.
Using Dishcraft
Dishcraft provides cooking ideas, recipes, meal planning, shopping lists, cooked dish tracking, and related features. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You may use Dishcraft only where lawful and only in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or our systems.
AI Cooking Guidance
Dishcraft uses AI to generate suggestions, recipes, substitutions, meal plans, and other cooking content. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe for your circumstances, or unsuitable for your diet.
Always use your own judgment. Check allergens, ingredients, expiration dates, food handling, cooking temperatures, nutrition, alcohol content, and dietary restrictions before preparing or eating anything based on Dishcraft output.
Dishcraft does not provide medical, nutritional, allergy, or professional culinary advice.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Dishcraft, such as prompts, recipes, pantry notes, cooked dish logs, and photos.
You grant Dishcraft permission to host, process, display, analyze, and use that content as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service.
Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use, content that violates another person's rights, or content that is unlawful or harmful.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some Dishcraft features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are billed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. You can manage or cancel those subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
If a subscription ends, paid features may become unavailable, but your account may continue to exist unless you delete it or request deletion.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Dishcraft, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, scrape data, bypass limits, abuse AI features, or use the service to create unlawful or harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, or harms Dishcraft or others.
Availability and Changes
Dishcraft may change, pause, or discontinue features over time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
TestFlight, beta, or early-access versions may be less stable and may change before public release.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Dishcraft is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dishcraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or food-related outcomes resulting from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Dishcraft changes. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of Dishcraft after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
